When a customer walks in, one of their first questions is "How does it work?" We've broken down the process of printing into 4 simple steps to make your experience as smooth as possible.

  1. Tell us what you needWhether it is online or in person, let us know the specs of what you need. Size? Quantity? Black and white? Color? What kind of paper? These are the sort of things we will need to know in order to best assist you. We will always be happy to offer any recommendations along the way if needed.

  2. Prepress and ProofingOnce your order is placed, it will go to our graphic designer, who will set up your item for print, or design the item for you from scratch, depending on your needs. You will then receive a proof sample of your item. Generally, this comes via email, but we also offer hard copy samples that you can come to our office and view.

Proofing will allow you to communicate directly with our graphic designer and edit your order until it is exactly the way you want it.

Once the proof is approved, your item will move into production. Your item WILL NOT PRINT until you approve it.

If you send us a completed file that just needs printed, the proofing step can usually be skipped.

  3. ProductionOnce the proof is approved, the file will be sent to production where it will be printed according to the specifications on the job ticket.

After your item is printed, it will likely need some bindery done. This includes, folding, cutting, stapling, etc . . . Bindery is generally part of the production process.

Production usually takes 5-7 business days after your proof is approved.

  4. CompletionOnce your item is completed, our customer service representative will contact you via phone or email and let you know that your order is ready for pickup. If pickup proves difficult, delivery options are sometimes available.
